Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking is finalized. 2. Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Late Arrivals: If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the delay, but the appointment may need to be rescheduled if it impacts our schedule. 4. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may require a deposit for future bookings. 5. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for larger projects. 6. Safety and Accessibility: Please ensure that the work area is safe and accessible before our arrival. If there are any specific requirements or conditions, inform us ahead of time. 7.
